Health Ambassador Giving Herself Permission to Lead – Rhonda Hall-Reynolds (Ep. 68)
What happens when the business you’re meant to build is hiding inside the story you’ve already lived?
Today on The Fairy BOSSmother Show, I met with Rhonda Hall-Reynolds, a health ambassador, educator, and community advocate who is passionate about helping people live healthier lives.
Rhonda has a powerful story and a clear mission, but she hasn’t fully given herself permission to build a business around the impact she knows she can make.
Can we help Rhonda stop treating her calling like an idea and start building the business that has been waiting for her all along?
Let’s meet Rhonda Hall-Reynolds.

Before the Fairy BOSSmother
Before the show, Rhonda was already serving people in her community and sharing her passion for health and wellness. She genuinely cares about helping others improve their lives, and that care comes through in everything she does. Unlike many people who enter the wellness space through theory or training alone, Wanda’s perspective has been earned through lived experience.
She watched someone she loved battle a disease that changed the course of her family’s life. She then faced her own health challenges and made the difficult decisions necessary to create a different outcome for herself.
Those experiences gave her credibility, perspective, and a level of empathy that cannot be taught.
Yet despite all of that, she was still holding back, not because she lacked a mission. Simply because she had not fully allowed herself to believe that those experiences were enough to build something around.
During the show
As we spoke, it became clear that Rhonda was focusing on the wrong question.
She was thinking about what kind of business she should build, what services she should offer, and what direction she should take. Those questions matter, but they were distracting her from something much more important.
The answer was already there. Everything she wanted to create was sitting inside her story.
The loss she experienced, the health transformation she achieved, and the passion she has for helping people in her community were not separate pieces of her identity. They were the foundation of the business itself.
The shift in the conversation happened when we stopped treating her story as background information and started treating it as the asset. That is when the vision became clearer.
Instead of waiting until everything felt perfect, Wanda began to see that she could start small, serve people directly, and build something meaningful one step at a time.
The business did not need to be invented. It needed to be allowed.
After the show
By the end of the show, Rhonda a did not leave with a complicated strategy or a long list of tasks. She left with something more important.
Permission.
Permission to stop questioning whether her experience was valuable enough.
Permission to stop waiting for another qualification before taking action.
Permission to trust that the story she has already lived is powerful enough to help other people.
The most interesting part of the conversation was that Wanda’s next chapter does not require becoming someone new. It requires fully stepping into the person she already is.
A woman who understands loss.
A woman who understands healing.
A woman who understands community.
And a woman who is ready to lead.
