Media Release Agreement

THE FAIRY BOSSMOTHER SHOW
GUEST MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT
Boss Diplomat LLC (“Producer”)

This Guest Media Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Guest (“Guest”) and Boss Diplomat LLC (“Producer”) in connection with Guest’s voluntary appearance on The Fairy BOSSmother Show (“Show”).

By applying to the Show, Guest agrees to the following:

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Guest grants Producer the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to:

  • Record, film, photograph, livestream, and capture Guest’s image, likeness, voice, written statements, biographical information, performance, and any materials submitted (“Content”).

  • Edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, license, promote, or otherwise use the Content, in whole or in part, in any form or media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to streaming platforms, social media, podcasts, advertising, marketing, educational programs, derivative works, and commercial uses.

  • Use Guest’s name, likeness, professional details, and statements for promotional purposes in connection with the Show or Producer’s business activities.

Guest waives any right to inspect or approve the final edited version.

2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION / NO COMPENSATION

Guest understands that participation is voluntary and unpaid. Guest will receive no compensation, royalties, fees, or financial benefit from appearance in or distribution of the Show or related materials.

3. USE OF APPLICATION RESPONSES

Guest acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Any written responses submitted through the Guest Application or pre-interview questionnaire may be used, displayed, read aloud, referenced, or incorporated into the Show.

  • Producer may include Guest’s written responses in the published episode without modification.

  • Guest waives any right to confidentiality or post-publication removal of written or verbal responses.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Guest represents that all information provided to Producer is true and accurate to the best of Guest’s knowledge. Producer is not responsible for the consequences arising from inaccurate statements made by Guest.

5. RESCHEDULING POLICY

Guest may request to reschedule the recording up to two (2) times with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.

  • More than two reschedule requests may result in automatic withdrawal of Guest’s application and forfeiture of participation.

  • Same-day rescheduling requests may be treated as a no-show unless due to emergency circumstances at Producer’s discretion.


6. NO-SHOW POLICY

A “no-show” is defined as failing to appear at the scheduled date and time without prior communication.

If Guest no-shows:

  • Guest agrees to pay a $200 No-Show Fee.

  • Guest forfeits the right to reschedule unless the fee is paid.

  • Producer is under no obligation to offer a new recording date.

7. PRODUCER RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION

Producer may reschedule or cancel the recording at any time due to production needs, technical issues, illness, travel delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

Guest will be offered an alternative recording date.

  • No fees, compensation, damages, or remedies shall be owed to Guest.

  • Rescheduling initiated by the Producer does not count toward Guest’s rescheduling limits.

8. POST-PRODUCTION EDITING & CONTROL

Producer retains absolute editorial control. Guest acknowledges that:

  • Producer is not required to make changes, edits, removals, or alterations upon Guest’s request.

  • Producer has no obligation to remove or modify Content after publication.

  • Guest waives all rights to claim defamation, emotional distress, reputational harm, or similar claims arising from Producer’s editing decisions, provided Guest’s statements are used in context and without malicious fabrication.

9. REVOCATION / WITHDRAWAL AFTER RECORDING

Guest understands that once recording is complete, participation cannot be revoked, and Producer has the right to publish the Content.

If Guest requests the episode not be published after recording:

  • A $999 Revocation Fee is required.

  • Upon full payment, Producer will agree not to publish the episode.

  • Producer has no obligation to provide raw footage, notes, or materials to Guest.

This fee compensates for coaching, preparation, production labor, and scheduling impact.

10. RELEASE OF CLAIMS & LIABILITY WAIVER

Guest releases and discharges Producer, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Guest’s participation in the Show

  • Statements made by Guest during recording

  • Editorial decisions by Producer

  • Reputational, business, or personal consequences resulting from publication

  • Emotional reactions to coaching, feedback, or analysis provided during the Show

Guest participates at their own risk.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Producer from any claims or liabilities arising out of:

  • Guest’s statements

  • Guest’s conduct

  • Materials provided by Guest

  • Any third-party claims relating to Guest’s participation

12. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PRODUCTION MATERIALS

All production methods, formats, questions, coaching frameworks, and behind-the-scenes processes are the exclusive property of Producer. Guest may not disclose, reproduce, or use them outside the Show.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. AGREEMENT BY CONFIRMATION

✅ By applying to be a guest, I confirm that:

  • I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Media Release Agreement.

  • I understand the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.

  • I understand that the Show retains full creative and editorial control.

  • I consent to the recording, distribution, and use of my content as outlined above.
