Business Coach Learning to Sell the Lifestyle – Chanda Coston (Ep. 69)
What happens when the thing you’re selling isn’t your service… it’s the life your service created?
Today on The Fairy BOSSmother Show, I met with Chanda Coston, a business strategist and coach who helps people build businesses that create more freedom, flexibility, and alignment in their lives.
Chanda has built the lifestyle many people want, but she’s spending too much time talking about the systems behind it and not enough time showing people what that freedom actually looks like.
Can I help Chanda stop marketing the tools and start showing people the woman they’ve been trying to become all along?
Let’s meet Chanda Coston.

Before the Fairy BOSSmother
Before our conversation, Chanda described herself as a professional pivoter, someone who is not afraid to try new things, change direction, and pursue a path that feels more aligned with the life she wants to live. That willingness to evolve has allowed her to create a business that supports her values rather than forcing her to sacrifice them.
Today, she enjoys the kind of flexibility many people dream about. She can travel, spend time with her grandchildren, and make decisions based on what matters most rather than what a corporate schedule demands.
Yet when she talks about her work, she often focuses on the mechanics.
The systems.
The frameworks.
The coaching.
The strategies.
All of those things are valuable, but they are not the reason people want to work with her. People don’t wake up dreaming about systems. They dream about freedom.
And Chanda was unintentionally hiding the very thing that makes her so compelling.
During the show
As we spoke, it became clear that Chanda’s biggest differentiator is not her methodology. It’s her life. She is living proof of what happens when someone stops building a career around obligation and starts building a life around intention. The challenge was helping her see that.
Many experts fall into the trap of explaining how they do what they do instead of showing people what becomes possible because of it. They focus on the process because it feels tangible, measurable, and professional. But people rarely buy the process. They buy the possibility.
As we explored her story, the conversation shifted away from systems and toward transformation. The woman who was once trapped in a corporate environment had become someone who could design her days around the things she values most.
That journey is not a side note. It is the product.
After the show
By the end of the show, Chanda did not need a new offer, a new framework, or a new business model.
What she needed was a new perspective on what she is actually selling.
The systems matter because they create freedom.
The coaching matters because it creates options.
The strategy matters because it creates space.
And Chanda herself is the living example of what happens when those things work. That realization changes everything. Instead of leading with the mechanics, she can lead with the outcome. Instead of explaining every step of the journey, she can show people where the journey leads.
Because the woman spending time with her grandchildren, traveling when she wants, and building a life on her own terms is not separate from her brand.
She is the brand and she is the proof that what she teaches works.

You’ve just watched me help complete strangers realign their identity and step into the version of themselves they already knew was there.
Now it’s your turn.
The Personal Brand Audit is where I personally review your website, your social media, and your online presence privately and honestly. No cameras. No performance. No pressure.
I’ll show you where your brand is diluted, where you’re underselling yourself, and where the million-dollar version of you is already visible but not fully owned.
If this episode resonated, it’s probably because you know there’s more of you that isn’t being seen yet.
