Brand Strategist Showing More Than Serious Business – Pia Silva (Ep. 62)
What happens when someone known for being all business has a side of them they’ve kept completely private?
Today on The Fairy BOSSmother Show, I met with Pia Silva, founder of NoBS Mastery, a best-selling author and brand strategist who teaches branding experts how to scale without employees. Pia is known for her no-nonsense approach and delivers incredible results, but that same focus on business has left very little room for the creative side of her identity to be seen.
Can I help Pia open that door just enough to let her creativity come through, without taking away from her discipline and structure?
Let’s meet Pia Silva.
If you want me to review your personal brand (deeper, in private, and without the cameras), you can book a Persona Brand Audit here.

Before the Fairy BOSSmother
Before we began, Pia was already operating at a level that many entrepreneurs are trying to reach. She has authority in her offer, consistency in her delivery, and a strong reputation for results. Her business model is tight, her messaging is clear, and she knows exactly what she stands for. That level of discipline is not accidental. It is the result of years of focus, refinement, and a commitment to doing things differently in an industry that often overcomplicates simple ideas.
At the same time, that same level of structure has created a very specific perception of who Pia is. She is seen as all business, highly efficient, and completely focused on outcomes which is true, but it is not the full picture.
During the show
As we spoke, it was clear that the identity shift wasn’t going to come from discussing her work. That part of her identity is already fully expressed and well understood. The shift came when we moved away from business and started talking about what she does outside of it.
That is where everything changed.
Her energy lifted, her tone softened, and there was a noticeable sense of expansion in how she spoke. The creativity that fuels her work was no longer operating behind the scenes. It was visible.
What became clear in that moment is that this side of Pia is not separate from her business. It is the source of it, but it has remained private and contained. And when a core part of someone’s identity stays contained for too long, it can begin to limit how they are perceived, no matter how successful they are.
The goal was not to overhaul her brand or change how she works. It was to introduce a small shift, not really a full reveal, but just an opening.
After the show
By the end of the conversation, Pia didn’t need to change her structure, her systems, or the way she delivers her work. Those are the foundations of her success and they remain intact.
What shifted was the permission to allow a different side of her identity to be seen, even if only in small ways. All Pia needs to do to become even more authentic to herself was show a small glimpse of the creative Pia that already exists, the woman who flows, dreams, and is on complete fire. That kind of shift doesn’t dilute her authority but truly deepens it because when people see both the precision and the creativity behind what she does, the work becomes more dimensional.
For Pia, the next level is about allowing more of who she already is to exist in the same space as her work.
