Turning many projects into one identity - Junaid Ahmed (Ep. 52)
Today on The Fairy BOSSmother Show, I met with Junaid Ahmed, a self-proclaimed tech geek who loves helping people set up their home studios. Juanid is very much a builder. He runs multiple businesses, loves his toys and gadgets, and even hosts a successful podcast.
He calls himself Super Junaid, but right now, all of his identities live in silos, and not all of him is visible under one super brand.
Can help Junaid bring all of his identities into one, and turn Junaid into Super Junaid.
Let’s meet Junaid Ahmed.

Before the Fairy BOSSmother
Before the conversation, Junaid was doing a lot but separately. Each business lived in its own lane and each interest had its own container.
Some projects ran quietly in the background without his presence at all. Others, like his podcast, put him front and center, but only showed a fraction of who he actually is.
Junaid has builder energy, technical authority, creative curiosity, and faith-led values, but none of it was connected to one brand.
His alter ego “Super Junaid” existed only as a name, not as an identity people could feel or recognize. As a result, Junaid was diluting himself, and his various projects and identities weren’t integrated.
During the show
The hard moments in our conversation were quiet and eye-opening. As we talked through Junaid’s projects, one thing became clear: He was building incredible things for others while keeping himself partially invisible, not hidden but incomplete.
His love for toys, tech, building, faith, and systems wasn’t being denied but compartmentalized as though they weren’t allowed to live under one roof. Each part showed up alone, instead of working together which was hurting his progress in all areas.
That’s where the tension sat.
You could feel it in how he spoke about his work. He lacked a throughline. There was no single identity holding everything together. No clear Super behind Super Junaid. Then the real shift came when we realized that Super Junaid isn’t a role, but a form of integration.
After the show
By the end of the show, Junaid started to understand the importance of coherence.
Junaid began to see that his power isn’t in doing more, but letting all of who he already is exist in the same room. Builder. Technologist. Creator. Faith-led man. Guide. Host.
Certainly not as separate brands, but as one identity. That’s where “Super Junaid” actually lives, not in a nickname, but in embodiment.
When identities stop competing and start collaborating, visibility becomes effortless. Authority becomes natural. And people finally understand who you are without needing it explained.
