Following the pattern
One of the things I noticed throughout our conversation was how often we spoke about slowing down… Slowing down because intention had become more important than urgency.
The more we explored that idea, the more it felt like we weren’t talking about productivity anymore.
We were talking about identity. The way you drink a glass of water. The way you enter a room. The way you move through your day. Those small moments say something about who you’re becoming.
Where did that conversation lead?
