Analytical Coach Learning to Sell the Transformation – Alina Staehli (Ep. 71)
What happens when you’re brilliant at what you do, but people need a ten-minute explanation to understand it?
Today on The Fairy BOSSmother Show, I met with Alina Staehli, an analytical coach who helps her clients create meaningful change through a highly personalized approach she calls co-mentoring.
Alina has built a powerful framework, but she’s spending so much time explaining the methodology that people aren’t seeing the transformation she’s capable of creating.
Can we simplify Alina’s message so people stop focusing on the framework and start seeing why she’s the person they need in their corner?
Let’s meet Alina Staehli.

Before the Fairy BOSSmother
Before we started our conversation, Alina described herself as someone who lives between two worlds. Switzerland provides stability, opportunity, and a high quality of life, while Armenia continues to hold a deep emotional connection to who she is. Returning there helps her reconnect with herself in a way that is difficult to recreate anywhere else.
That duality showed up in her business as well.
On one hand, she has a highly analytical mind that wants to build structure, create frameworks, and explain ideas with precision. On the other hand, she is deeply invested in the people she serves and wants to work alongside them rather than observing from a distance.
That distinction became important.
Because while many coaches position themselves as guides who ask questions and let clients discover the answers on their own, Alina prefers to get into the trenches with people. She wants to challenge them, support them, and actively help them move forward.
The challenge was that none of that was immediately obvious from her positioning.
During the show
As we spoke, a pattern began to emerge.
Whenever Alina described her work, she naturally moved toward explaining the framework. She would talk about the methodology, the analytical process, and the thinking behind the work. She also spoke about numerology and the role it plays in helping people understand themselves more deeply. None of those things are inherently bad. The issue is that they require explanation. Every minute spent explaining the framework is a minute not spent helping someone understand why they should care.
The breakthrough came when we shifted the focus away from the tools and toward the experience of working with Alina herself.
People are not hiring a framework. They are hiring someone they trust, someone who sees things they cannot see themselves, and who is willing to stand beside them and help them navigate difficult decisions.
That is what makes Alina different, not the complexity of her methodology but the depth of her involvement.
Once that distinction became clear, the positioning became much simpler.
After the show
By the end of the show, Alina did not need to abandon her framework, her analytical approach, or the tools she uses with clients. Those things still matter.
What changed was the order in which they appear. Instead of leading with explanation, she can lead with transformation. Instead of teaching people how the framework works, she can show them what becomes possible because of it. And instead of positioning herself as someone with an interesting methodology, she can position herself as the person who helps clients navigate change with clarity, honesty, and direct support.
Because at the end of the day, people are not buying numerology.
They are not buying a framework. They are buying confidence. They are buying momentum. They are buying a trusted partner who is willing to get into the trenches with them when things become difficult.
And that person is Alina.
